A red carpet, or should we say dusty dino track, first for Kyle as he chatted with producers, at the global premiere, of the highly anticipated history event series, Prehistoric Planet.

We had some fun with Jon Favreau, who directed The Jungle Book and The Lion King and now can combine that technology, with award-winning wildlife filmmaking, and he latest paleontology learnings, for a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. So naturally we asked:

Which animal would you rather spend more time with Simba, a T-Rex or Baloo?

Additionally we wanted to know, How do you know a T-Rex can swim? What was it like making the series? Which is your favorite episode?

Producer Mike Gunton and Showrunner Tim Walker couldn’t have been more engaging with their answers as everyone is excited for Prehistoric Planet to debut on Apple TV+ from Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 27 in a five-episode groundbreaking series that will transport viewers 66 million years in the past to discover our world — and the dinosaurs that roamed it.

Did we mention it’s narrated by the iconic Sir David Attenborough?! Watch our full interview!

Prehistoric Planet streams on AppleTV+ starting May 23
