BACK TO THE BAY FOR HOME OPENER
After this series, the Giants (and the Padres) travel to San Francisco for the Home Opener and series April 5. This year the Giants have new food offerings, a newly remodeled Dugout Store, and so many fun promo nights, themed days, and family fun throughout the season.
A couple highlights are on Saturday, July 13, the Giants will induct the Core Four – one of the greatest bullpens in playoff history who defined the Giants championship era, from their on-field performance to off field engagement – Jeremy Affeldt, Santiago Casilla, Javier Lopez and Sergio Romo – onto the Giants Wall of Fame at Oracle Park. In celebration, the first 20,000 fans will receive a Core Four statue – inspired by Mt. Rushmore.
On August 10, the Giants will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the 2014 Giants and honor the World Series Championship team that included Forever Giants Hunter Pence, Buster Posey, Pablo Sandoval and many others. Several alumni will be in attendance as the Giants pay tribute to the historic season. The first 20,000 fans will receive a 2014 World Series Aloha Shirt.
