We love cooking up all kinds of meats and with Omaha Steaks’ The Block full of Recipes and Grilling Tips no one has to be intimidated to try something news. One of our family favorites is lamb! Being Greek, of course we eat lamb, and the New Zealand Lamb Lion Chops are delicious. They are steak-like in their meatiness but packed with so much flavor. We season them with Omaha Steak Seasoning and then sear them in a cast iron with butter. We then transfer them to the grill to finish off and lock in juices and flavor. We plate with rice pilaf and broccoli for an unforgettable meal.
