Modern Family‘s Julie Bowen plays a mom on television and in real life she has three sons. They’ve kept her busy so it’s been some time since we’ve seen the 48-year-old back on the big screen but now she says she’s making time, especially for fun roles like the mean Marcie is Life of the Party.
Bowen went to Brown University but that wasn’t he first time her parents dropped her off at school. She actually went to boarding school so the big “drop off” happened several years earlier. Hear the technique her parents used to say goodbye to their tearful daughter.
