Keepsake Kookies
Delicious flavors from home to indulge or entertain! We love everything about Kyri’s Kookies that come in a custom wooden keepsake box, including Dr. Kyri’s story.
It all started with her then 12-year-old son by her side they made homemade KOOKIES and a variety of treats and shipped them to deployed military in Iraq and Afghanistan. Together, they embarked on this self-sacrificing mission every month, while her daughter was away attending school at the Culinary Institute of America studying to become a Chef. Fast-forward, a move to New Jersey and as a gesture of love once again Dr. Kyri began to bake Kookies and take them to hospital workers, word of her amazing Kookies spread like wildfire and she succumbed to the idea of selling her joy! She has battled cancer and come out strong, enlisted her family, and now boasts the company of Kyri’s Kookies. You cannot adore this woman after hearing her whole story, which I encourage everyone to read.
So a Kookie box originally made for deployed military to have a place to keep their letters from family, now every can be enjoyed by everyone and at this time of year, they make the perfect gift for grads as you can customize the lids and place school logos, greek system letters or even design your own.
