Some people say that Galentines day started after an episode of Parks and Rec. others argue that it was a marketing ploy to get people to buy more Valentines items, whatever the case We love the idea of celebrating Galentines day. Each of us has a special woman or friend in our life that we can honor or celebrate. So for this Galentines day we gathered some of our girlfriends to love and celebrate our friendship.

We had our Galentine’s day event at Paper Source La Jolla. They have so many fun and beautiful workshop options that you can choose from. We chose the silhouette party for each of our guests would create a silhouette portrait. You can also make specialty card paper flower bouquets. There are so many options. We love crafting and love that we could just show up and they have everything set up for us and all of the mess stays there. Our Galentine’s loved making different silhouettes. Some did themselves some did your mom and some did their daughters. It was the perfect venue to catch up with our girlfriends and make something special.
